LEVELS OF ACCESS.
Dori Media Distribution allows the levels of access described below. Your right to use the site and the materials made available to you is strictly limited in accordance with your level of access:
PRESALE PERMISSION is granted for all titles and gives access to promotional materials such as brochures, cast biographies, press releases, video trailer of the show and pictures.
MARKETING PERMISSION grants access to presale materials, plus screeners (whole episodes available to potential buyers) by show and limited in time. Screeners are to be used solely for internal viewing and consideration by potential buyers and may not be copied, distributed, broadcast or otherwise made available outside of your employees directly involved in decisions relating to licensing of the applicable program
POST SALE PERMISSION is granted by show & category within the show and gives full access to materials relating to licensed programs, subject to the terms and conditions of the written license agreement between you and Dori Media Distribution.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK. Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this site are protected as the copyrights, trade dress, trademarks and/ or other intellectual properties owned by Dori Media Distribution or by other parties that have licensed their material to Dori Media Distribution. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
LIMITED USE. If you are granted presale permission or marketing permission, your use of the materials included on this site is for informational purposes only, and you will not distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display or create derivative works from or exploit the contents of this site in any way.
